Being Pushed Down by Shadow (2027) is an upcoming animated film following a college-age daughter and her mother’s tense relationship with each other during the summer of 1970. As the summer progresses, they become haunted by a matriarchal and ominous presence in their home. Starting off as a sleep paralysis nightmare, the smokey apparition begins to take on the appearance of an old woman. Both women grow closer as they realize they are being haunted by the same force.
